    City Loan City Loan is a request service operating between the Napier & Hastings Libraries. If you are using one of the Napier Libraries and the item you require is held by the Hastings Libraries, you may request it on City Loan. Use the City Loan Request Form or contact the library.     Inter-Library Loan If Napier Libraries do not hold an item that you wish to borrow we can request that item for you from other libraries through the Interlibrary loan or interloan service.
