During library hours staff are available to help with any technical issues you may be having with eBook readers, our eBook systems or our online databases.
If your Library Card Registration has expired (this happens once every 3 years), please CONTACT or visit the library to update your details or if you have forgotten your password:
Apps needed for tablets, phones, etc., search your Playstore or App Store for:
Libby (by Overdrive) for ePukaPuka
ULibrary for Ulverscroft
ePlatform for Wheelers
Loan periods: ePukapuka - 3 weeks; Wheelers - 3 to 4 weeks; and Ulverscroft - 4 weeks.
You can borrow eBooks or downloadable eAudiobooks while overseas using OverDrive (ePukaPuka) as long as your library card is up to date. You cannot due to licensing restrictions borrow an eBook from Wheelers if you are overseas. You can continue to read any eBooks that you have downloaded before you have left.
