Autumn School Holiday Programme

Wednesday the 19th of April, 10:30am, at the Taradale Library.

Waddle in to Taradale Library for penguin stories and crafts.

Will suit two to six years.

 

Dogsense

Friday the 21st of April, 10:30am, at the Taradale Library.

Friday the 28th of April, 10:30am, at the Napier Library.

After some suitably doggy stories, we’ll learn about dog safety with Wallace the schnauzer.

Will suit four to nine years.

 

Along Came A Spider…Spider web icon clipart

Friday the 21st of April, 10:30am, at the Napier Library.

Enjoy some cobwebbed crafts at a storytime celebrating everyone’s favourite arthropods.

Will suit two to six years.

 

Clay Day Part 1

Wednesday the 26th of April, 10:30am, at the Taradale Library.

Come along and join in making air-dried clay decorations to brighten your room.

We will have cookie cutters to use for this activity, but if you have a special one of your own to use, bring it with you.

This activity takes place over 2 sessions.

For years four and up.

 

Writing Workshop – Characters

Wednesday the 26th of April, 1:00pm, at the Napier Library.

Amanda Ashby, published author of romance and teen novels, talks about making your characters living, breathing, three-dimensional people (metaphorically).

For eleven years and up.

 

Ghost StoriesGhost

Thursday the 27th of April, 4:30pm, at the Napier Library.

As the afternoon grows darker we will tell stories of ghosts and goblins and uncanny things in the night… brave children only!

Will suit fearless children of eight years and up.

 

 

Clay Day Part 2

Friday the 28th of April, 10:30am, at the Taradale Library.

If you joined us for Clay Day Part 1, come along and paint and decorate your clay decorations and take them home.

For years four and up.
